So often after completing a training session such as this one, attendees leave saying that it was just common sense and that they didn't learn anything they didn't already know.  It is amazing that this IS common sense in that we are all customers every day and absolutely know what the psychology of a customer is (because we are one), yet for some reason as sellers we never 'get it' that we need to diffuse the 'push-push' to find success.  I have never met anyone who teaches this 'step into their shoes' mentality in such a useful way.  Thanks Tammy.

I learned so much from this seminar!  One of the most unforgettable things that Tammy said was to help our customers feel comfortable saying no.  Brilliant!!  Also, giving the customer the offer straightaway without a lot of ado and enthusiasm" is so right on.  (One of my pet peeves is a sales person calling me and, first thing, asking me how I am.  It makes me so furious 'cause it's so disengenuous.   We all know that the caller really could not possibly care less about how I am. (the caller has lost any chance of a sale from that point on.)I love Tammy's mix of telling it like it is-no holds barred-while, at the same time being empathetic to our fears, hesitations, etc.  Very valuable seminar!!!

The take home message I got from this seminar is that we have to work our business OR someone else will. Your stats about 16% of customers will accept a competative offer some someone else and that 55% of your customers take their business elsewhere is what I needed to hear to motivate me to make my calls!

What I appreciated most about the teleseminar is the advice to step into my customers' shoes and dial down the inevitable resistance of the booking/ sales process.  When Tammy pointed out the common pitfalls that make so many people say NO to booking, a lightbulb definitely went off!I especially love the advice of letting your customers know that you can take NO for an answer.  For the long haul, that is such valuable advice:  customers will like you better and may warm up to you and say YES down the road.
