I enjoyed this workshop because I believe the information I received will be useful in my business.Tammy tells you exactly what you need to do to be successful.I rarely attend anything where I have to sit for any length of time, because I hve a hard time sitting still. The whole idea of playing tennis with customers was a gift to me. We are working together. I know I want to be of help, but I'm afraid of appearing pushy. The 'lean back' and they will 'lean forward' addressed that issue. I want to offer great customer service, but have been hindered everytime I go to pick up the phone. I thought the tips you shared on the Teleseminar were very practical to where ANYONE can use them to Jump Start their business in January. Prior to the Dec. 30th call, I had already utilized one of the tips you shared on your Free Training Videos about walking in our prospects' shoes and was able to show my prospect that I completely understood her hesitation and concern and was able to get her to agree to Host a Home Show with me. Woo-Hoo!!

Just got to be able to hear the teleseminar from the download today. Loads of great info...you are right...you don't just give us why we should do something and how great it will be when we do it, you tell us HOW, which is HUGE! I loved the part about the too enthusiatic" on the phone (that's ME!). It was a complete change of mindset to start talking confidently and normal instead of what I thought I should sound like as a salesperson (I LOVE this stuff, you should too!!). Tammy's teleconference call on How to 'jumpstart your business from a complete standstill' was worth EVERY penny and then some!! She not only tells you WHAT to say when booking shows but what NOT to say, HOW to say it and how NOT to say it. Trust me, you won't be disappointed.
I was very impressed but not in the beginning.I thought is was slow but once you started talking more I was getting more excited about different ways to sell.Tell hostesses that they need to book a party by of course asking for their business. I am really enthused about moving my Silpada business to the next level in 2009. I already have 6 booked in January. I hope to have the same amount of shows or more by your words in February that I can use!
After a slower than normal December, I need a great January. Although I have some shows booked already, I still have open dates. This was my favorite tele-conference I have ever listened to. These were ideas that I will definitely try. The tele-seminar was great! The 'a-ha' moments abounded. I'm one of those who is terrified to pick up the phone anymore, because I've tried all the ways I'd been trained in...enthusiasm, putting my customers in a corner with dates, etc. Now no one answers the phone. What you taught made so much more sense. I love the product I sell, but I don't book home shows for myself, because the "old skool" tactics were used with me. I appreciate all of the verbiage. I get motivated to make those phone calls but then don't because I don't know what to say that would be effective. I don't want my customers and past hostesses to avoid my phone calls. This has been extremly helpful!
The Jump Start Your Business from a Complete Standstill Teleseminar was very helpful. The advice was practical and it helped to get me over the fear of phoning. I really liked the fact that Tammy emphasized the low-key approach and how to get that across to the customer.

This was my first experience with Tammy, and I will say that I completely enjoyed it. I appreciated hearing about the importance of making customer care calls - how you bought products from a rep who didn't follow through and that made you change reps. I immediately called the guests at one of my December shows. Those I reached appreciated the call and I set up a play date with another guest who also has a 3 year old son! I will make more calls right now and make a daily effort to stop listening to the inner voices ho tell me why I shouldn't make calls! I should make calls every day!
